The Vintage Airstream Club (VAC) is parked in the RED area.
Reminder:The Past Region President’s Reception will be held on Wednesday July 26 at 5:00 PM in the Gazebo on the Escanaba fairgrounds. Advance registrations is required.
Additional descriptions for the locations identified in your Rally Program.
Conference Room – the room is located on your right (West Side) of the entrance to the Grandstand. HOWEVER, the entrance into that room is next to the Concessions Stand inside.
Ruth Butler Building – Building #3 on the map in your program.
Ruth Butler Building Rooms 1 and 2 – Conference Rooms are located off the large area of Ruth Butler to the left of the Program stage area. Room designation is at the top of the door into the room.
Grandstand – Building #1 on the map in your program.
Post Office, Friendship Center – Building #2 on the map in your program.
Textiles & Crafts Building – Building #4 on the map in your program.
Fine Arts Building – Building #5 on the map in your program.
DNR Building – is behind the Fine Arts Building #5. It is an olive green building with signage for the Department of Natural Resources.
MOL Building – Miracle of Life Building #25 on the map in your program.
VAC Tent – Vintage Airstream Club Tent is in the Red Section.
Gazebo – is in the park to the right as you exit the Ruth Butler Building.
A reminder for units planning to participate in the “BIG PARADE” July 29th at 4 pm. Units please return your “sign up intent” forms to George McNinch at site B-43. Please remember to attend the Parade Planning Session scheduled for July 27th from 8-9 am in the DNR building.
